Richard Murray

Mr. Murray brings extensive experience in active leadership roles within both business and community environments.
Through 1995 he was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served as the as managing partner of its New Hampshire operations during his last five years with that firm.
Following his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers he spent several years as the Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Allard Nazarian Group, a privately owned holding company comprising several manufacturing entities.
For the past eight years he has been working with companies in a consulting role principally as interim COO or CFO with responsibility for management of operational, financial and administrative functions.
These responsibilities encompass business strategy, contract structuring, capital acquisition, M&A transactions, financial and regulatory compliance/reporting, communications with internal and external stakeholders and development of business systems and processes.
Mr. Murray is currently serving as a Director with Jewell Electronics Instruments a private company located in New England.
He has previously served as a director on both private as well as public companies and for a number of not-for-profit organizations.
During his career he has gained an in-depth understanding of the administrative and operational realities in the life cycle of both for-profit and not-for-profit enterprises.
He has help raise capital for both types of organizations and has been the founder/cofounder of several not-for profit initiatives.
