Mr. Waas moved to Prudential Investment Management in 2000 to manage their flagship National and High Yield Municipal Bond Funds.
A year later, he assumed the management responsibility for all of the municipal bond portfolios and Insurance Company assets.
Employing strategies developed over a decade ago, he also launched, managed, and marketed a separate account municipal bond program.
He holds a BS in Accounting from St. John’s University.
