Allwell joined Penford Corp.
as Managing Director of its Australian and New Zealand operations in April 2006.
Prior to joining Penford, Mr. Allwell had been General Manager of Retail Sales for George Weston Foods since 2003.
From 1996 to 2003, he served in various senior management roles with Berri Ltd., including as Director of Strategy from 2000 to 2003, Marketing Director from 1997 to 2003 and General Manager-New Ventures from 1996 to 1997.
Previously, Mr. Allwell held various management, sales and marketing positions with Simplot Australia, Kraft Foods, Calbecks Ltd.
and Humes ARC Ltd.
