Russell J. Brennan

Mr. Brennan joined Silicon Laboratories in September 2002 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Analog Devices, Inc. from January 1992 to September 2002 and Director of Finance from January 1988 to January 1992.
From 1978 to 1988, Mr. Brennan held various finance roles at Schlumberger/Fairchild and Texas Instruments.
Mr. Brennan holds an M.B.A.
from New York University Graduate School of Business and a B.S.
in economics from Boston College.
Mr. Brennan is a Certified Public Accountant.
