Cazenove Capital Management Ltd. (CCM) is an investment management firm based in London, with offices in the UK (Chester, Oxford, Salisbury and Jersey). The firm originated within Cazenove Group Ltd. (LSE: CPE), remained independent of the group's 2005 joint venture with JP Morgan, and demerged from its parent in 2006. CCM was formerly known as Cazenove Fund Management Ltd. CCM is a specialist investment manager for private clients (individuals, business professionals, families and trusts) and provides investment services for institutions including charities. The Cazenove family of funds (pooled mutual funds, HF, FoF) is available to investors through a network of third parties.

Thornhill Investment Management Ltd. is a fund management firm and subsidiary of Thornhill Holdings Ltd. which is in turn part of the Cazenove Capital Group. In 2009, Cazenove Capital Group acquired the Thornhill Group of companies. Thornhill traces their origins to 1985. Based in London with a branch office in Edinburgh, in 2003 the firm's business was merged with Martin Currie Private Clients Ltd. The firm specializes in managing segregated portfolios for individuals, family trusts, companies, charities, self-invested pension schemes, tailored unit trusts and OEICs.
