Prior to joining JER in 2002, Mr. Lynn was a Manager in the Structured Finance Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was responsible for overseeing the agreed-upon procedures audit engagements of various types of securitization transactions, including CMBS, MBS, ABS and CDOs.
Mr. Lynn is a graduate of James Madison University with a B.S.
in Economics and is currently a candidate for a M.S.
in Finance from The George Washington University.
