Sean Kelley

Mr. Kelley is a Director, Resource Head of OFS Capital Management, LLC and is responsible for leading and mentoring the junior resources of the Broadly Syndicated Loan team as well as underwriting, portfolio management, and credit monitoring for the transportation, aerospace and defense, printing and publishing, paper packaging, and building materials investment sectors of the Broadly Syndicated Loan Group.
Mr. Kelley manages the firm’s agency transactions, and legacy special mention assets, and has more than 15 years of experience in the credit industry.
Prior to joining OFS Capital Management in 2007, Mr. Kelley was a commercial banker with MB Financial Bank.
Mr. Kelley holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and Finance from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, graduating with High Honors.
Mr. Kelley also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from Wheaton College.
