Following his exit, Sebastian was appointed Managing Director of InMotion Ventures, Jaguar Land Rover’s venture capital arm, which he led for five years before launching KOMPAS.
Sebastian holds an MA in History from the University of Cambridge, an MSc with Distinction in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from London Business School.
