Amanat Lebuhraya Rakyat Berhad is a private and Malaysian not-for-profit company founded in 2021 with the purpose of carrying on or undertaking the business of a holding company of highway concessions. The company is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and has subsidiaries in Malaysia. The company's main objective is to provide safe and pleasant motoring experience, generate surpluses to accelerate the repayment of debt financing, and ensure the achievement of the level of standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM). The company's social value proposition includes no increase in toll rate, maintaining the toll rate at the current rate until the end of concession extension, savings of toll compensation payments by the government, and shortening of toll concessions.
