AMP Capital Investors Ltd. (AMPCI) is the wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of AMP Capital Holdings Ltd., ultimately held by financial group AMP Ltd. (ASX: AMP) in Australia. Founded in 1849 as the non-profit Australian Mutual Provident Society, the group is an Australian superannuation provider and asset manager. The firm is headquartered in Sydney with additional offices in New Zealand, Dubai, China, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, UK and the US. They were one of the first to invest in infrastructure when they participated in the financing of the Sydney Harbour Tunnel in 1988. AMPCI is a socially responsible investor which manages a range of unlisted and listed infrastructure investments in Asia, Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand as well as life insurance, institutional and mutual funds for the AMP group.

Pendal Group Ltd. (Investment Management) (PG-IM) is the investment management division of Pendal Group Ltd., an investment company headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Formerly known as BT Investment Management Ltd., the firm was founded in 2007 and changed their name to Pendal Group Ltd. in 2018. They became part of Perpetual Ltd. (ASX: PPT) in 2023. PG-IM utilizes a multi boutique business model to manage funds for retail and institutional clients and other intermediaries.
