Ted Kamionek

Ted Kamionek is an Operating Partner with STG, where he is leading the firm’s GTM transformations across its portfolio companies.
Ted’s mandate is to assist portfolio companies in optimizing their sales and marketing motions to drive growth while increasing customer retention.
This transformation often comes in many forms such as organization design, channel optimization, pricing strategies, segmentation, and much more.
Ted joined STG in 2022 from RSA Security, a large security software company, which was a division of Dell Technologies.
STG acquired RSA Security in 2021 and subsequently created four distinct companies, each with its own sales and marketing strategy teams.
Ted drove the successful transformation at RSA where he served as the COO and CRO of RSA for over four years.
Prior to that role, Ted held many executive positions in Sales, Revenue Operations, Channel, Marketing, and Product Management at RSA, Dell, and EMC.
Ted received his Bachelor’s degree from Tuft University and executive MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
