Thomas George Jonovich

Mr. Jonovich joined Keefe Managers, LLC in May, 1999.
Formerly, he had been Chief Financial Officer of Laser Advisers, Inc. since November, 1997 when it split away from Appaloosa Management, Inc., for which he had been a fund Controller since April, 1997.
He was an accountant at Steinhardt Management, Inc., a large hedge fund, from September, 1993 to April, 1996, and a Manager of fund accounting at Individual Investor Group, Inc. from April, 1996 to April, 1997.
Prior to 1993, Mr. Jonovich was employed as a Certified Public Accountant auditing investment companies at Rothstein, Kass & Co. and Gershon, Pierce & Co. He presently also serves as CFO of Keefe Ventures, LLC.
Mr. Jonovich holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers College.
