Tony Scherrer

Smead Capital Management, Inc. (SCM) is an independent, SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. The firm was founded by Bill Smead in 2007. SCM provides investment management services to separate accounts, privately placed pooled investment vehicles, and mutual funds for advisors, family offices and institutions.

On April 12, 1853, the New York State legislature passed a bill chartering the United States Trust Co. of New York with the mission of serving as manager, executor and trustee of personal and corporate funds. They opened for business in New York City in August of that year. US Trust has divisions in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, Oregon, California, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The firm also owns Campbell Cowperthwait, which manages growth-oriented portfolios for U.S. Trust's institutional clients.

BMO Bank NA (Investment Management) (BMO-IM) is the asset management division of BMO Bank NA, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. They are ultimately held by the Bank of Montreal (TSE: BMO) in Canada. BMO-IM offers a variety of wealth management services, such as investment advisory, trust, banking, and financial planning, to institutions and high-net worth clients.
