Vanessa Valdes

Vanessa joined DFW in 2022 as its SVP of Finance.
For the last 4 years, Vanessa worked as the Fund Controller at I Squared Capital, LLC.
Prior to that, she worked for 10 years with HIG Capital, LLC.
Throughout her time at I Squared and HIG Capital, Vanessa managed and oversaw the reporting of multiple funds and its reporting to investors.
In addition, Vanessa worked alongside the tax, legal and investor reporting groups working on annual compliance, tax reporting and fundraising requests.
Vanessa received a B.S in Accounting and Masters in Tax from Florida International University.
