Vinod Sagar Wahi

Vinod Sagar Wahi is a Senior Partner at Khaitan & Co. LLP.
Prior to this, he worked as a Director-Income Tax for the Government of India and as a Director for India Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
He also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director for A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd.
from 2010 to 2013 and as a Director for SVIL Mines Ltd.
Additionally, he worked as a Secretary for Company Law Board.
Wahi received his undergraduate degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce in 1964 and his graduate degree from the University of Delhi in 1966.
He also earned an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies in 1974 and a graduate degree from Panjab University Chandigarh in 1993.
