Virginia R. Burchard

Virginia R.
Burchard has been Vice President of Land for PetroHunter Energy Corp.
since January 2009.
She is a Member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, the Denver Association of Professional Landmen and Rocky Mountain Mineral Law and an Alumnus of the University of Colorado.
Ms. Burchard had been Director of Land for PetroHunter Energy since July 2008.
She has more than 30 years of experience in acquiring, managing and developing oil and gas assets as a Land Professional.
Prior to joining PetroHunter Energy in July 2008, Ms. Burchard was District Landman for Rosewood Resources, Inc. She was Landman for J-W Operating Company in Dallas, Texas and Denver, Colorado from 1997 to 2005 and Landman and Administration Supervisor for National Energy Group in Dallas, Texas from 1995 to 1997.
Ms. Burchard was Senior Land Assistant for Samedan Oil Corporation in Denver, Colorado from 1987 to 1995 and worked for various companies in the exploration business, including Texas Oil and Gas, Diamond Shamrock, Deca Energy, Celeron Oil & Gas and Santa Fe Minerals from 1978 to 1987.
