Mr. Vuk Bulajic is Head of Equity Derivatives at Ticonderoga Securities LLC.
Prior to joining Ticonderoga in November 2009, he holds a position as Head of Equity Derivative US in NATAXIS from 2002 where he started the equity derivatives business at CDC which then went through numerous management changes and two mergers.
The business consists of listed options flow trading, structured products, equity financing and proprietary units.
The group has generated profits after expenses for every one of the past seven years including 2008 year.
From 1997 to 2002 he was Head of Equity Derivatives US at BNP Paribas, where he restructured the business at Paribas from ground up in 1997.
In 1999 merged the existing business in the US with counterparts at BNP including the proprietary effort at Cooper Neff.
By 2001 the business was generating around $150mm.
Before BNP he was Global Head of Equity Derivative Trading at Lehman Brothers (1991-1997) where he was one of the original three people that started the equity derivative business at Lehman.
By 1996 the business was generating around $300mm globally with roughly half coming from the US.
Key areas were listed option flow, structured products (including Latin America) and portfolio trading/index arbitrage.
Mr. Bulajic graduated from Columbia University with a BS in Chemical Engineering and MS in Chemical Engineering.
