MetLife TFI SA is the wholly-owned, Polish fund management subsidiary of MetLife TunZir SA, itself a subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) in the US. The firm was founded in 2003 as AIG TFI SA and consequently became Amplico TFI SA in 2009. They changed their name into MetLife TFI SA in 2014. Headquartered in Warsaw, the firm manages the MetLife Investment Funds which invest in securities and other assets in accordance with the statute of each fund for individual and institutional investors.

SEB TFI SA (known locally as SEB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SEB-Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SSE: SEB), based in Stockholm. Established in 1997, SEB TFI is located in Warsaw. The firm manages mutual funds domiciled in Poland and distributes funds managed within the SEB group. Their clients are private individuals, companies, institutions and retail investors. SEB TFI operates in close relationship with their Estonian fellow subsidiary SEB Ühispanga Fondid based in Tallinn, sharing research and regional equity portfolio management. In 2009 SEB TFI was acquired by Opera TFI SA and the management of SEB funds, renamed Novo, was taken over by Opera.
