She joined from the Power, Utilities and Infrastructure team of Barclays Investment Banking division where she advised Infrastructure clients on the origination and execution of M&A deals.
Xenia holds a Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD and an MEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London.
