1300SMILES Limited (ASX:ONT) entered into an agreement to acquire dental practice in Bundaberg on November 24, 2020. The transaction will be funded from 1300SMILES's cash reserves and existing debt facilities. On completion, the team of dentists and support staff from the dental practice will join 1300SMILES. The owner of the Bundaberg practice, a senior and experienced dentist, will join 1300SMILES following completion. The completion of the transaction is subject to 1300SMILES due diligence and subject to satisfaction of all conditions precedent. The transaction does not require any security holder approvals or changes to the Board or Senior Management. The transaction is expected to close in December 2020. The transaction is not expected to have a material impact on FY21 earnings.

It also provides all support staff, equipment and facilities, and sources all consumable goods using the buying power, which derives from group of dental businesses.
