3Cnergy Limited announced that following the completion of the proposed acquisition of the entire issued share capital of DTP Infinities Limited from DTP Inter Holdings Corporation Pte. Ltd. by 3Cnergy Limited (the Company) via a reverse takeover, Mr. Bunyong Visatemongkolchai is appointed as Independent Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company as part of the re-constitution of the Board. Appointment date is January 23, 2024.

Job Title: Independent Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee Member. Working Experience: 2010 to 2012: Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Company Limited (Asset Management Specialist). Other Directorships Past: Directorships: 1.
