3DX Industries, Inc. signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Specialty Metal Works, LLC.

3DX Industries, Inc. is a precision manufacturing company. The Company manufactures consumer and corporate products using an additive manufacturing method through 3D Metal printing technology and conventional precision manufacturing processes. The Company is engaged in producing a range of products using additive and subtractive manufacturing processes using Three-Dimensional (3D) metal printing system, composite printing equipment and numerous Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) precision machining centers. The Company uses Binder Jetting technology to 3D print complex parts. The Company's Binder Jetting is a powder bed process, where a binding agent is used to selectively print the desired part shape by adhesively joining the metal particles. The Company serves product developers worldwide. The Company provides 3D metal printing, precision tooling, 3D rapid proto-typing, CNC milling, large capacity milling and injection mold tooling.
