3Power Energy Group Inc. and Greenworld Development, Inc. cancelled the acquisition of North Carolina Biomass/Wood Pellet Plant.

3Power Energy Group, Inc. is engaged in producing renewable generated electrical power and other alternative energies. The Company is focused on selling electricity generated by solar, wind, hydro, biomass and other renewable energy resources and to develop, build and operate power plants based on these technologies. The Company holds 75% interest in a hydro-electrical project of a total installed power of approximately 127.6 megawatts (MG) of Shala River in Albania.
