WITHDRAWAL OF LISTING OF THE

ZERO COUPON CONVERTIBLE BONDS DUE 2022

References are made to the announcements of 3SBio Inc. (the "Company") dated 21 July 2017, 20 April 2020, 17 June 2020, 18 June 2020 and 29 June 2020 (each an "Announcement") in relation to, among other things, the €300,000,000 zero coupon convertible bonds due 2022 issued by Strategic International Group Limited (the "Issuer") and guaranteed by the Company (Convertible Bonds Code: 5241) (the "Existing Convertible Bonds").

As stated in the Announcement dated 29 June 2020, the Issuer would redeem €143,561,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Existing Convertible Bonds on 21 July 2020 and there would be Existing Convertible Bonds in the principal amount of €850,000 outstanding thereafter. Furthermore, as disclosed, the Issuer intended to exercise its right to redeem all of the Existing Convertible Bonds if less than €30,000,000 principal amount of the Existing Convertible Bonds (i.e. 10% of the principal amount of the Existing Convertible Bonds originally issued) remain outstanding.

The board ("Board") of directors of the Company announces that, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Existing Convertible Bonds, the Issuer has exercised its right to redeem and has completed the redemption of all of the Existing Convertible Bonds. As at the date of this announcement, no Existing Convertible Bonds are outstanding.

The Existing Convertible Bonds are expected to be delisted from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited upon the close of business on 4 September 2020.
