AAA Auto Group NV is a Netherlands-based holding company. Its primary activity is new and used vehicle retail, as well as vehicle-oriented financial service intermediaries. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated 25 branches in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Russian Federation. As of December 31, 2011, AAA Auto Group NV was the parent company of several subsidiaries, including AAA Auto as, general Automobil srl RO, General Automobil Czech sro, Auto-Centrum AAA Auto as SK, Autocentrum AAA Auto Kft HU, Inex Broker as, Geely Czech & Slovakia sro and AAA Auto LCC RU, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's majority owner was Automotive Industries Sarl, based in Luxembourg, owning a 73.79% stake in the Company.
