AAK AB (publ.) reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was SEK 11,229 million compared to SEK 12,563 million a year ago. Revenue was SEK 11,265 million compared to SEK 12,625 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 614 million compared to SEK 155 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 2.36 compared to SEK 0.6 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 2.36 compared to SEK 0.6 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was SEK 23,574 million compared to SEK 23,802 million a year ago. Revenue was SEK 23,672 million compared to SEK 23,893 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 1,275 million compared to SEK 645 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 4.91 compared to SEK 2.5 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 4.91 compared to SEK 2.49 a year ago.
