UAB Verslo dizainas made an offer to acquire an additional unknown minority stake in AB Linas from public shareholders.

Linas AB (Linas PLC) is a Lithuania-based company active within the textile industry sector. The Company's main activity is the production and distribution of textile products, as well as management of financial property. The Company's products portfolio includes table, bed and kitchen linen, fabrics, as well as interior decoration, such as napkins, placemats, runners, tablecloths, aprons, mittens, potholders, towels, pillow cases, duvet covers, bed sheets, curtains. The Company operates through one subsidiary, Lino apdaila UAB. The Company's products are sold domestically, as well as exported to Sweden, Spain, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, the United States, France and Japan, among others.
