AB&T Financial Corporation is a bank holding company, which is engaged in the ownership and management of its subsidiary, Alliance Bank & Trust Company (the Bank). The Bank is a community bank, which provides a range of financial services to individual and corporate customers at its locations in Gastonia, Shelby and Kings Mountain, North Carolina. The Bank's primary deposit products are noninterest-bearing and interest-bearing checking accounts and certificates of deposit. Its primary lending products are commercial, residential and consumer loans. It offers real estate loan products, construction and development, and commercial and industrial. Commercial real estate mortgage loans include commercial real estate loans and loans secured by income-producing properties. Consumer real estate mortgage loans include real estate loans secured by one to four family first mortgage loans, second liens, multifamily residential properties, and open-end real estate loans, such as home equity lines.
