Business Summary

Abans Electricals PLC is a Sri Lanka-based company. The Company is engaged in manufacturing, assembling and installation of selected consumer durable products, provision of repair and maintenance services for a wider range of household electric and electronic appliances and installation of roof top Solar photovoltaic (PV) Systems. The Company operates through three segments: Manufacturing, Services and Solar. Manufacturing segment is engaged in manufacturing, assembling and installation of selected consumer durable products such as washing machines and cookers under its brand name, Abans. Services segment is engaged in the installation, repair, maintenance and after sales services of electrical and household appliances sold by the Abans Group. Solar Installation segment provides installation of roof top solar PV systems. The Company has approximately 15 regional service centers with more than 40 authorized service agents island wide.
