AVY Precision Technology Inc. agreed to acquire Sol-Plus CO., Ltd from Longreach Capital Partners 2, LP, a fund of The Longreach Group Ltd. and the management of Sol-Plus CO., Ltd. for approximately ¥650 million.

Abico AVY Co Ltd, formerly AVY PRECISION TECHNOLOGY INC is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of metal and plastic casings, as well as electric tools and powder metallurgy products. The Company’s products include digital camera metal casings and mold materials. The Company is also involved in the design and sales of stamping dies, the manufacture and trading of power-driven and pneumatic tools, agricultural and horticultural machinery components. The Company mainly distributes its products in Asia, Americas and Europe.
