Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. announced that On January 1, 2020, the following change in the Company's officers will take effect: Retirement of Mr. Gabriel T. Mañalac Senior Vice President and Group Treasurer of Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. (AEV); and Appointment of Ms. Maria Veronica C. So as First Vice President and Group Treasurer. Ms. Maria Veronica C. So will be appointed as the Company's First Vice President Group Treasurer effective January 1, 2020. She joined the Company's Treasury Services Group as Vice President Treasury Services in 2017 and was promoted to First Vice President - Deputy Group Treasurer on April 1, 2019. She will also be appointed Group Treasurer of AboitizPower, a publicly listed company, effective January 1, 2020. Prior to joining the Aboitiz Group, Ms. So held various treasury and finance positions at Globe Telecom from 2001 to 2017.
