The ad pepper Group announced today the successful signing of an agreement to acquire a 25.64 percent stake in the Karlsruhe-based solute Group, a pioneer in the e-commerce sector and operator of the well-known price comparison portal "billiger.de". The two companies have complementary business models as well as supplementary technical capabilities, customer relationships and geographical orientations.
