On March 16, 2018, E.C. Reinauer, Jr., a director of Adams Resources & Energy, Inc. since 1973, notified the Company of his intent to retire from service on its Board of Directors following the completion of his current term, which is through the date of the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Consequently, Mr. Reinauer will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which is presently anticipated to be held on May 8, 2018.
Adams Resources & Energy, Inc. is engaged in crude oil marketing, truck, and pipeline transportation, terminalling and storage in various crude oil and natural gas basins in the lower 48 states of the United States.
