Junichi Ichimura agreed to acquire Rixio Inc. from Advanced Media, Inc. (TSE:3773) on March 30, 2021. As a part of the transaction, Junichi Ichimura will acquire 0.005 million shares. For the year ended March 31, 2020, Rixio reported total assets of ¥94 million, net assets of ¥32 million, sales of ¥299 million, business profit of ¥5 million, ordinary profit of ¥5 million and net profit of ¥4 million. The share transfer execution date is March 30, 2021.
