Advantage Risk Management Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the mental disability support activities, group long-term disability compensation insurance, and risk finance business. The Company operates through three segments. The Mental Health Care segment is engaged in the provision of mental health care services ranging from stress checks to counseling, organizational analysis, subsequent solutions, and aptitude tests for recruitment based on stress tolerance and emotional intelligence (EQ). The Employment Disability Support segment is engaged in the provision of comprehensive services related to Group Long-Term Disability (GLTD) insurance, offering sales of insurance products and professional know-how and supplementary services including system design, proposals, consulting and support for returning to work.
