Marui Orimono Co., Ltd. entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire wundou Corp. from Adventure Inc. for ¥590 million.
Marui Orimono Co., Ltd. entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire wundou Corp. from Adventure Inc. (TSE:6030) for ¥590 million on August 5, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction, Marui Orimono Co., Ltd. will acquire 420 shares in wundou Corp. Upon completion, wundou will not be a consolidated subsidiary of Adventure Inc. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Adventure Inc. The transaction is expected to close on August 31, 2020.
