Algae.Tec Ltd will Change its Name to Affinity Energy & Health Ltd

Affinity Energy and Health Ltd, formerly Algae.Tec Ltd, is an Australia-based plant-based health and wellbeing company. The Company is focused on developing technology to produce commercial quantities of algae and medicinal cannabis. It focuses on four markets: medicinal cannabis, algae-based nutraceuticals, animal feed and aquaculture markets and biofuels. It operates a facility in Atlanta, which produces algae species, which includes Athrospira (Spirulina), Chlorella, Dunaliella, Nannochloropsis, Haematococcus and Schizochytrium, to both the nutraceutical and aqua feed markets. FeedMe is its algae line of products. Spirulina is its natural algal powder and is a source of antioxidants, B-vitamins and other nutrients. The Company utilizes algae to produce biofuels at its Reliance Plant in India.
