AFMA SA has filed an IPO in the amount of MAD 172.38 million.

AFMA is specialized in insurance brokerage services for individuals and businesses. The group ensures the intermediation, consultation and management of insurance losses. Net written premiums break down by activity as follows: - non-life insurance (85.7%): personal accident insurance, work-related injuries, automobile, fire, credit insurance and assistance, transportation, comprehensive general liability insurance, technical risks, etc.; - life insurance (14.3%). At the end of 2021, the group had 10 branches located in Morocco.
