African Oxygen Limited Declares Dividend for the Year Ended 31 December 2019, Payable on 6 April 2020

The Board of directors of African Oxygen Limited declared a final cash dividend of 46.0 cents per share (2018: 25.0 cents), declared out of the after-tax earnings for the year ended 31 December 2019. This brings the total dividend for the year to 101 cents (2018: 77 cents). The dividend payable on 6 April 2020 with record date of 3 April 2020.
