AfterMaster, Inc. Enters into A Consulting and License Agreement with Icon Health & Fitness, Inc

On December 9, 2016, AfterMaster, Inc. entered into a Consulting and License Agreement with ICON Health & Fitness, Inc., pursuant to which the company would act as audio technology development consultant to develop an Aftermaster based sound module for use or integration with ICON’s exercise equipment and provide audio tuning services to provide improved sound quality for ICON’s audio enabled equipment, and pursuant to which ICON would pay the company a per module fee and receive a license from the company to use or sell the modules and use the software relating to each module.
Aftermaster, Inc. (Aftermaster) is an audio technology and products company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the development and commercialization of audio and video technologies and products for professional and consumer use, including Aftermaster Audio, ProMaster, Aftermaster Pro, HearClearTV, the Superbar, Aftermaster Studio Pro and MyStudio. It also operates recording and mastering studios at its facilities in Hollywood, California. Its Aftermaster audio technology is an internally developed mastering, remastering and audio processing technology. Aftermaster Pro is a personal audio re-mastering device.
