Agromino A/S Announces Changes to its Board

Agromino A/S, formerly known as Trigon Agri A/S, is a Denmark-based company, which is primarily engaged in the food industry. The Company operates as an integrated soft commodities producer, storage provider and trader with operations in Ukraine, Russia and Estonia. The Company's core operations are the production of cereals in Ukraine and milk production in Russia. The Company operates as a parent within the Group. In addition, the Company is involved in the full farming chain from land acquisition, land operation, crop production, to crop storage, marketing and trading. The Company operates its marketing and trading unit Trigon Export, which is responsible for the procurement of seed, fertilizer, and pesticide requirements.
