Trigon Agri Announces Executive Changes

The Board of Trigon Agri and the CEO of the Company Joakim Helenius have mutually agreed on the resignation of Joakim Helenius from his position as CEO. Joakim Helenius stepped down from his position as Chairman of the Board and took over as CEO from January 1, 2016 after the resignation of long- time CEO Ülo Adamson. Simon Boughton, who has been the Head of Production of Trigon Agri since 2010, will become the interim CEO.

Before joining Trigon Agri in 2010, Mr. Boughton worked in various positions for Velcourt Ltd, latterly as Director for Business Development Overseas in Velcourt International. Prior to that he was a Regional Director responsible for the South East of England and responsible for Velcourt operations overseas.
