Aguia Resources Limited is an Australia-based exploration and development company focused on Brazilian phosphate and copper projects. The Company controls over 1,834 square kilometers (km2) of land in the Brazilian states of Rio Grande do Sul, Paraiba and Minas Gerais containing phosphate and copper mineralization through exploration permits. The Companyâs projects consist of the Phosphate Project and the Copper Project. It also holds additional assets in the Rio Grande copper belt. All projects and assets are located within Rio Grande do Sul, the southernmost state of Brazil. Its Metallic Copper Project is located about 255 kilometers (km) from Port Alegre, the State Capital. Its phosphate project is located in the rich agricultural heartland of Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil about three hours from the capital Port Alegre. The mine location is about 320 km from the capital of Port Alegre and is close to a small town and 60km from a town of 34,000 people.
