ESG Global Impact Capital Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire 24.9% stake in potash project in Saskatchewan from Encanto Potash Corp. (TSXV:EPO.H) for CAD 7.7 million.

ESG Global Impact Capital Inc. (TSXV:ESGW) entered into an agreement to acquire 24.9% stake in potash project in Saskatchewan from Encanto Potash Corp. (TSXV:EPO.H) for CAD 7.7 million on August 28, 2020. Buyer will acquire up to but not exceeding 24.9 % interest in the potash property.

The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval. Application has been filed by both parties to the exchange to seek approval of the transaction with an effective date of August 31, 2020.
