On November 18, 2016, the shareholders of Eco Energy Tech Asia, Ltd., by unanimous written consent, appointed Robert Abenante to the position of Director, to serve until such time as his resignation or removal. Robert Abenante is an entrepreneur and investor in various industries with a focus on green energy, green-tech, agricultural-tech, health sciences and commodities. Has held several senior executive roles with various renewable energy, mining and clean-tech companies in Canada, US, Australia, Africa, Europe and Asia.
