AIFUL Corporation has announced the following changes in executives's and general managers's positions and other organizational changes. The company announced that effective from April 1, 2016 to strengthen its information systems department, the current `information systems department' will be reorganized into two departments, the `information systems development department' and the `information systems operation department'.
Effective from April 1, 2016, the company appointed Kazumitsu Oishi as Chairperson of the Compliance Committee, Senior General Manager of the Credit Management Division and Accounting Division, Supervising the Information Systems Development Department, the Information Systems Operation Department, the Compliance Department, the General Affairs Department and the Credit Assessment Department from the previous position of Senior General Manager of the Credit Management Division, In charge of the Guarantee Business Department 1 and the Guarantee Business Department 2; Katsuhiko Nagasue as In charge of the Information Systems Development Department, the Information Systems Operation Department from the precious position of Director and Executive Officer of LIFECARD Co., Ltd; Takayuki Nakata as General Manager of the Information Systems Development Department from the previous position of General Manager attached to the Personnel Department and General Manager of the Information Systems Development Department of LIFECARD Co., Ltd; Toshinori Nakagawa as General Manager of the Information Systems Operation Department from the previous position of General Manager of the Information Systems Department.
