Sub: Outcome of the Rights Issue Committee ("Committee") of Ajooni Biotech Limited ("Company") for Extension of Closing date of Rights Issue

Dear Sir,

This is to update that the date of closure of the Rights Issue, which opened on Wednesday, December 07, 2022 and scheduled to close on Thursday, December 15, 2022 has now been extended from Thursday, December 15, 2022 to Monday, December 19, 2022, by the Rights Issue Committee in its Meeting held today i.e. December 14, 2022 in order to provide an opportunity to shareholders to exercise their rights in the Rights Issue.

Accordingly, the last date of submission of the duly filled in Application form (along with the amount payable on application) is Monday, December 19, 2022. Equity Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to apply for the Rights Issue are requested to take note of the Issue Closure Date as Monday, December 19, 2022.

Accordingly, there is no change in the LOF, CAF and ALOF dated November 25, 2022 except for modification in the Issue Closing date; resultant change in indicative time table of post issue activities on account of extension of issue closing date.
