The Bank is organized into the following business segments: Wholesale Banking, which includes loans, deposits and other transactions and balances with corporate customers; Retail Banking, which includes loans, deposits and other transactions and balances with retail customers; Treasury, which undertakes the Bank's funding and centralized risk management activities through borrowings, issues of debt securities, use of derivatives for risk management purposes and investing in liquid assets, as well as Central Functions, which comprises the costs of all central support departments, such as finance, risk management and operations, among others.
