ALERION CLEAN POWER S.P.A. (Alliance News) - Alerion Clean Power Spa reported Tuesday that it purchased 14,653 of its own ordinary shares between March 18 and March 21.
The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR19.0858, for a total consideration of EUR279,663.71.
As of today, the company holds 712,210 treasury shares, representing 1.3 percent of its share capital.
Alerion trades down 0.9 percent at EUR18.72 per share.
