Kayan for Sustainable Development made an offer to acquire 90% stake in Alexandria National Company For Financial Investment SAE (CASE:ANFI) from Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt S.A.E. (CASE:ADIB) and others for EGP 24.9 million on December 21, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction the offer price is EGP 5.3 per share. ADIB Egypt owns a direct stake of 9.04% and a total direct and indirect stake of 84.99% in Alexandria National Company For Financial Investment SAE.
